What do I have to say about Kimora again? She's been designing for a long time and generally knows what she's doing. She's on track - I think A LOT of young girls need the mogul-mama-mode. They need to think about their money too. I was so syncing up to this interview she had - LIFE ON THE SEAMS.
It's nice to see streamlined life around Kimora Lee Simmons - always with the @DefJam crew some how somewhere -she too kinda sorta liked Jacques THE MAN but NAH! NAH! NAH! She's know him for years though.
What is the best thing about her? Approachable. She's diva don't get me wrong but she's approachable. Kids aside - she loves them - she needs to focus on her Macy's Deal. I know it must be hard but she needs to put her lines to work - this interview told me everything - baby Vuitton - yes - she continued designing just after this and maybe her baby-handbag-mama-moment disAPPEAr. Thank goodness.
We like fierce-momo - like mimi - we like her working with high end department stores in fact, that's the actual reason she's in South Africa- DefJam whaaaat! No - she's on her A-game,still real and still relevant to the street. Duty girls think they have more than Kimomo - WHAAAAT - she's a professional model.
Six month - six months - she did not have time for relationship when it came down to it but she did meet someone new and it's been more than six months so if she kept it a SECRET - I think it's cause it is looking like it might last - insiders - she's concordatting! That's what I think.
She might be hooking up with little @kindykins and what happens when Kimora has the line down but does she have the fragrance. Kindy-Kins is coming out of doing things with Ralph Lauren, GUCCI, GUESS, and is currently finished up making something for Valentino recently bought by her buddy - @tjzimba - wow to give it new direction - as well as GIVENCHY. Kindy is a hard worker.
Being critical - kindykins is known for her palettes (read nails here)and she has a nose - a Kimomo line in the works- avails from macy's.BOSS LADY nail colour and MOMO-MOGUL is the fragrance DefJam (and myself) would think of but hey - we ain't @kindykins.
Kimora has worked with all of those big names - she knows their insides and outs. She works on the seams and some of the load gets lifted from her by hiring the Nepalese mini-momo.
Do it Kimora - build up build up build up!
That's all I'm on right now - more Baby Phat -there denim, applbttms are not dead - they are the go-to in Europe with re-orders; ask the Simmons man where he get some cheddar for his mula sandwich from - it aaaint eeeven lettuuce!
Lucrative and comfortable are you lines and with miss no lines and lippy-da-smear (code secret @tjzimba and @kindykins) their best move - BAM - they understand the dynamic. Currently they were both caught fighting over some Laniege - Tracee Elliss Ross - used sleeping lip mask something like at Vogue (youtube) - so they are marrying LANVIN - both of them. Cardi borrowed them a bodak yellow each; it came back Ching Ching Bling Bling iced. Who are you trying to teach or protect - uh?!
It's rough these days - that's why - HUSTLE MOMO HUSTLE.
